Working at Saatchi, primarily on the Toyota account, has me fan-girling for Land Cruiser and given me an all-new appreciation for my Camry. From content to social media, activations, and more, here's a glimpse of the '24 and '25 Land Cruiser campaigns.

UNSTOPPABLE ADVENTURE - THE 2024 LAND CRUISER REVEAL
The Launch of the 2024 Land Cruiser was highly anticipated. Toyota had stopped production on the Land Cruiser and was bringing back the beloved vehicle after a 3-year hiatus. The goal was to bring the model back to its roots and closer to the heart of adventure than its more recent predecessors.

Throughout the Land Cruiser campaign we were tasked to balance the iconic legacy of Land Cruiser with its formidable new upgrades in a way that felt authentic to badge loyalists while welcoming newcomers.

THE ART OF ADVENTURE
Although every Toyota embodies the Unmistakably Toyota brand voice, every vehicle has its own positioning in the lineup, its own personality, even its own brand. So, we set out to push the boundaries of what t.com can offer to create a richer, more engaging experience that would resonate with our audience on a deeper level than just brochure copy.
To celebrate the Land Cruiser First Edition, we teamed up with artist, Stephen Selzler, to create a painted rendition of it in his signature style. We documented every brushstroke, sped it up, and shared it across our social channels. The campaign generated buzz, encouraging people to sign up for a limited release of digitally downloadable artwork as well as a Land Cruiser First Edition papercraft sporting Selzler's design. While we can’t take all the credit for sales based on this activation alone, 125K views and a nationwide sellout of Land Cruisers tell a compelling story








A GUIDE TO LEGENDARY ADVENTURES
Everything preceding this was all about the 2024 vehicle launch. So we knew we had to make the full-fledged landing page even more worthy starting with a legendary video.
After 20 rounds of legal and nearly 100 script rewrites (too much heritage, not enough heritage, too much wheel, not enough wheel) we were ready to start shooting. We spent 8 days off-road to capture the 2024 Land Cruisers in action.

I feel honored to have worked on so many different Toyotas and their own mini brands over the last two years. Feel free to dig in deeper. Highlights for me were the GR Family since sportscars are so different from trucks, the 2025 Highlander Hybrid where we created a signature Highlander Hits playlist celebrating the 25th Edition, and the 2025 Corolla FX with its fresh, skateboard vibe.
